Title: Hybrid Business Analyst /Project Manager Company: Global Biotech Location: Belgium Type: 6 months contract (initially) - full-time Main Responsibilities Co-own initiative strategy, delivery roadmap, RAID logs, and cross-functional dependencies Drive governance and ensure delivery of milestones across multiple sub-initiatives Lead business analysis and discovery sessions with stakeholders across Clinical, Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Quality, Data Management, and Quantitative Sciences Capture business requirements, use cases, and project charters and translate them into executable delivery plans Apply standard business analysis techniques including interviews, workshops, prototyping, document analysis, questionnaires, and brainstorming Align initiatives to OGSM objectives and define success metrics Build dashboards and produce status reporting for sponsors and governance teams Coordinate with external and breakthrough partners to integrate new capabilities Quantify and track time savings and impact across the HDT critical path Main Requirements 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within the pharmaceutical industry Proven experience supporting drug development across Phase I–III Strong experience working with clinical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, biostatistics, data management, and quantitative science teams Demonstrated IT Project Management experience, including defining and managing project charters, scope, timelines, and risks Experience working on GenAI/ AI initiatives Interested?
