We're seeking a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a high-impact program aimed at accelerating drug development timelines. This role sits at the intersection of project management, business analysis, and AI innovation, supporting teams across Clinical, Regulatory, Data Management, and more. What you'll do: Co-own program roadmaps and manage cross-team dependencies Run discovery sessions with business owners to capture requirements and define use cases Translate strategy into actionable execution plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope Plan, track, and manage cross-functional initiatives in clinical development Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Build dashboards, report progress, and align initiatives to program goals Collaborate with external partners to integrate AI-driven capabilities that accelerate clinical development Report progress to sponsors and leadership What we're looking for: 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Pharma, supporting Clinical, Regulatory, Data, or Quantitative teams Experience managing projects or programs in a cross-functional environment Familiarity with AI or Gen AI initiatives in a clinical or drug development context is highly desirable Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and execution skills Interested?
