Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all mechanical construction activities on siteDevelop and implement construction strategies, schedules, and sequencing plansCoordinate mechanical works with electrical, CSA, and other disciplinesManage subcontractors, site teams, and resourcesEnsure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental requirementsOversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systemsReview and manage progress against programme and cost targetsResolve technical and construction issues as they ariseInterface with clients, consultants, and senior project stakeholdersSupport project reporting and risk management activitiesRequirements & QualificationsDegree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplineExtensive experience in mechanical construction management on large-scale projectsStrong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and mechanical building services systemsProven leadership and team management capabilityExcellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of construction safety and quality standardsDesirableExperience on pharmaceutical, or industrial projectsChartered status or working towards professional accreditationExperience delivering projects through full lifecycle to handover
