Dan hebben wij een plek voor jou in ons team Je verantwoordelijkheden: Matchmaking: Je brengt de skills en ambities van onze consultants in kaart en matcht hen met uitdagende projecten bij onze klanten. Business development: Je opent nieuwe deuren en bouwt een netwerk van klanten verder uit. Je herkent kansen en zet deze om in langetermijnrelaties. Account management: Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met bestaande klanten, volgt projecten op en zorgt voor maximale klant- en consultanttevredenheid. Strategische groei: Samen met het managementteam werk je actief mee aan de groeistrategie van darwind en denk je mee over nieuwe marktbenaderingen en diensten. Jouw profiel: Je hebt ervaring in business development of een gelijkaardige functie. Je begrijpt de dynamiek van project sourcing en IT-profielen. Je combineert een commerciële drive met een menselijke aanpak: je luistert écht naar klanten én consultants. Je bent resultaatgericht, ondernemend en denkt in oplossingen. Nederlands is je moedertaal of je beheerst het uitstekend; een goede kennis van Engels en Frans is een plus. Wat wij jou bieden: Een aantrekkelijk salarispakket met bonussysteem.
