As a Business Manager, you will: · Define and implement a sound Business Development strategy in line with our approach to consulting. · Acquire and develop your own client portfolio through networking and commercial actions. · Recruit, develop and manage your own team of talented consultants. · Become a trusted and privileged partner for your clients by ensuring that Intys services meet your clients' expectations, quality standards and business objectives. · Proactively manage your own business objectives and profitability About you · You hold a Master's Degree · You are fluent in English, French and Dutch · You have management skills and natural leadership · You have a business straight forward approach · You are results, client and people oriented · You are able to take appropriate decisions quickly · You are curious, ambitious, resilient · You are a problem-solver and proactive · You have a mature, assertive and dynamic personality, with excellent interpersonal skills About Intys Intys is a Belgian management consulting group founded in 2007.
