Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion. Build and maintain client relationships; serve as a point of contact for key accounts. Support HR functions such as recruitment, team development, and performance management. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to improve business strategy. 📚 Who are we looking for? Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering. Had a first experience in business management, preferably in an engineering or technical services environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and a can-do attitude. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
