Business Manager VIE – INFOGENE – Belgique Contexte INFOGENE poursuit son développement en Europe et ouvre un VIE Business Manager en Belgique pour renforcer son activité dans les secteurs Santé / Industrie / IT. Tu rejoins une ESN en croissance, experte en pilotage de projets IT, data, digital et applicatifs. Le VIE te permet d'avoir un rôle complet de Business Manager : développement commercial, gestion de comptes, recrutement et suivi des consultants, dans un contexte international. Informations clés Poste : Business Manager (VIE) Localisation : Belgique (Bruxelles) Secteurs : Santé, Industrie, IT Contrat : VIE 12 mois, renouvelable 12 mois Salaire : 2 859,23 € net/mois (barème Business France) Avantages : Mutuelle April, 30 jours de congés/an Anglais : Niveau fluent indispensable Profil attendu : Bac+5 – école d'ingénieur ou école de commerce Expérience idéale : 1ère expérience dans une ESN/SSII sur sujets IT (alternance, stage long, VIE, CDI junior) Missions principales Développement commercial (60%) Identifier et prospecter des comptes stratégiques dans les secteurs Santé & Industries en Belgique. Ouvrir de nouveaux comptes via une démarche commerciale structurée. Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients existants. Détecter les besoins clients (IT, data, AMOA, projet digital...) et proposer les consultants adaptés. Préparer et défendre des propositions commerciales. Gestion des recrutements (25%) Définir les besoins avec les clients & participer au cadrage des missions. Sourcer et qualifier des consultants IT (développeurs, PMO, AMOA, ingénieurs...). Conduire les entretiens (techniques, comportementaux, projet). Présenter les profils et accompagner tout le process jusqu'à la signature. Suivi opérationnel et management (15%) Suivre l'intégration et l'évolution des consultants en mission. Piloter la satisfaction client et les livrables. Gérer les renouvellements, les risques et les plans d'action. Profil recherché Formation Bac+5 école d'ingénieur ou école de commerce. Un background technique ou une sensibilité IT est un plus. Expérience Une expérience en ESN/SSII est fortement appréciée (stage, alternance, VIE ou CDI junior). Connaissance des métiers IT : développement, data, infra, digital, projets. Compétences Excellent relationnel et sens commercial. Aisance en anglais (fluent). Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement international. Force de persuasion, gestion du stress, résilience.
