Our client, a respected Belgian pharmaceutical company, offers an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager in OTC. Dive into innovative marketing projects, where you'll collaborate closely with the Product Manager in The Netherlands. Engage in a new campaign, focusing on creativity and strategic execution to deliver tangible results. Additionally, step into people management by leading 1 team member, gaining invaluable leadership skills and taking on more responsibility to enrich your career. This is a hybrid role with home- and office-based presence but next to that you will not loose touch with the field because you will go to conferences and meetings with Key Accounts or Key Opinion Leaders. Role Responsibilities: Leverage cutting-edge digital strategies to lead creative marketing campaigns that strengthen brand perception and shape market presence. Partner with global teams to drive product innovation and make impactful decisions that align with the company's mission of customer satisfaction and growth. Engage with sales teams and attend conferences to better understand customer needs and create solutions that benefit patients and healthcare professionals. Requirements: A Nursing degree or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field. Several years of experience in Marketing, ideally also as Product Manager, in the pharmaceutical industry.
