Cat Pumps International te Kontich is wereldwijd marktleider in de fabricatie van kwalitatieve pompen en op maat ontworpen pompsystemen. Met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in industriële hogedruksystemen heeft Cat Pumps een zeer betrouwbare reputatie weten op te bouwen. Onze pompoplossingen, die allen getuigen van een lange levensduur, draaien in duizenden verschillende toepassingen over de hele wereld. Dit kunnen we realiseren door de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen te hanteren. Onze pompen worden gebruikt in specifieke nichemarkten zoals zeewater ontziltingsinstallaties en het koelen van aero condensers als in mist-systemen, industriële reiniging, carwash systemen e.a..Voor de regio's België, Nederland, IJsland, Noorwegen, Denemarken en Finland zijn wij op zoek naar een Product Manager. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en optimaliseren van relaties met distributeurs en bestaande klanten. Je biedt commerciële opvolging aan een bestaande portefeuille; er is geen sprake van hunting. Je zal jezelf verdiepen in de behoeften van de klant en proactief nadenken over de meest optimale technische oplossingen. Daarnaast zal je internationale relaties onderhouden en, indien noodzakelijk, naar het buitenland reizen om klanten persoonlijk te ontmoeten. Hoewel je het overgrote deel vanuit België zal opereren, is het in het begin zeker belangrijk om distributeurs en klanten te leren kennen. Echter, hoe vaak en wanneer je je business trips inplant, laten we volledig aan jou over.Het onderhouden van klantrelaties en brainstormen over manieren om de best mogelijke service en kwaliteit te bieden, is helemaal jouw ding. Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en geniet ervan om samen met je klanten, of het nu eindklanten of distributeurs zijn, oplossingen te vinden door de juiste vragen te stellen. Het idee om te onderhandelen op internationaal niveau schrikt je niet af, in feite zie je het als een spannende uitdaging. Bovendien ben je iemand die graag zelfstandig werkt en graag initiatief neemt.
