Als kernactiviteiten heeft het team de opmaak van de technische standaarden die door de projectploegen als basis voor de projecten gebruikt moeten worden. De standaarden bestaan oa. uit de engineering guidelines die de regels beschrijven die aangehouden moeten worden tijdens de studiefase van de projecten en uit algemene technische specificaties die gevolgd moeten worden tijdens de constructiefase door de Contractors. De technische standaarden worden opgemaakt voor alle expertisedomeinen en specialiteiten (Substations Electrical Works, Substations Civil Works, Telecom, Overhead Lines Lineworks, Overhead Lines Civil Works en Underground Cables).

Naast deze kernactiviteiten staat het team ook in voor een aantal randactiviteiten zoals het organiseren van de Technische Kwaliteit binnen de projecten van bovenvermelde specialiteiten. Het is op dit luik van de verantwoordelijkheden van het team dat de Quality Engineer actief zal zijn.

  • Het capteren van non-conformiteiten en verbetervoorstellen bij de projectteams;
  • Het analyseren (“kort op de bal”) van deze non-conformiteiten (Root Cause analyse) en verbetervoorstellen met als doel acties voor te bereiden om deze non-conformiteiten in de toekomst te vermijden;
  • Het opmaken en opvolgen van de actieplannen voortkomend uit de analyses;
  • Het opzetten, garanderen en onderhouden van de nodige schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatiekanalen (opmaak en uitsturen van Quality Alerts, communicatie via teammeetings van de projectploegen, Experience feedback sessies enz.) met als doel goede en minder goede ervaringen te delen;
  • Het realiseren van projectreviews volgens het steekproefprincipe met als doel na te gaan of de kwaliteitsacties uit de processen worden gevolg, en met als doel non-conformiteiten uit studie- of uitvoeringsfase te identificeren.
  • Het delen van verbeterpunten met de experten van het team teneinde hen de mogelijkheid te geven het technisch kader te verbeteren.
  • Het formuleren van voorstellen ter bijsturing of verbetering van de processen.
  • Het centraliseren, documenteren, rapporten en visualiseren van non-conformiteiten zodat tendensen kunnen gevolgd worden (dashboard).

  • Je hebt een brede technische kennis en ervaring in het beheren van kwaliteit;
  • Je hebt sterke organisatorische capaciteiten;
  • Je hebt een analytische geest en beschikt over goede beoordelingscompetenties.
  • Je bent assertief, maar ook empathisch en kunt op een objectieve manier de eventueel afwijkende standpunten van verscheidene experts objectief samenvatten en aligneren;
  • Je toont initiatief en kunt zelfstandig werken.
  • Je kunt goed samenwerken in een team, bent contactvaardig, beschikt over overtuigingskracht en weet op een instructieve manier een boodschap over te brengen (mondeling en schriftelijk).
  • Je beheerst één van de 2 landstalen perfect en hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en idealiter ook van het Engels.
