En tant que Extra High Voltage System Developer, vous développez l’architecture du réseau EHV afin de permettre un fonctionnement optimal répondant aux défis importants des décennies à venir: intégration du réseau, sécurité d’approvisionnement du pays, intégrations du renouvelable à large échelle. Concrètement, vous recherchez ensemble avec des partenaires externes et internes, des solutions créatives et robustes (le renforcement du réseau 380 kV, de nouvelles interconnexions, un réseau HVDC offshore, des changements dans l’organisation du marché, ) offrant une réponse à cette question sur le plan technicoéconomique et stratégique, en tenant compte des ambitions des gouvernements européens et belges et des stratégies d’Elia en matière de financement, gestion d’assets, sécurité, environnement, etc. Vous êtes ainsi responsable de la définition, de la préparation de l'approbation et du suivi d'un portefeuille de projets d'infrastructure.

**Plus concrètement**:
Vous entretenez un contact proactif avec divers stakeholders internes et externes (experts sécurité d’approvisionnement, experts marché, experts réseau, Customer Relations, Clients, TSO’s voisins, groupements d'intérêt, régulateurs, gouvernements etc.) afin de pouvoir évaluer les besoins de développement du réseau 380 kV à court, moyen et long terme.

En tenant compte des moyens et des stratégies, vous traduisez les besoins en un plan d'approche global justifié en termes techniques et économiques (cost-benefit analysis), que vous documentez et défendez en interne.

Après approbation, vous vous occupez, au moment opportun, du lancement des parties logiques de ce plan global, sur base d’une description détaillée fonctionnelle (notamment portée technique, timing, budgets) qui répond aux besoins et restrictions préétablies. Pendant la phase de définition qui suit, vous contribuer à l’élaboration ultérieure des différentes parties du projet par l’Infrastructure.

Vous rédigez une argumentation claire pour ces projets et défendez le portefeuille auprès des stakeholders internes et externes. Vous évaluez proactivement les difficultés et risques éventuels et tenter de les anticiper. Votre argumentation une contribution essentielle à l’élaboration du plan de développement fédéral qu’Elia soumet au Ministre pour approbation.

Vous contrôlez la cohérence de votre portefeuille et vous l’adaptez où cela est nécessaire en fonction du feedback autour de l’exécution des projets (portée technique, timing, budgets) et des changements éventuels de paramètres externes (confirmations de raccordements, évolution effective du mix énergétique, etc.).

Vous avez un rôle actif dans l’élaboration des plans de développement du réseau à long term dans un cadre nationale et internationale (Plan de développement Fédérale, Ten Year Network Development Plan) ou vous assumez le rôle d’expert pour la révision de certaines règlements européens.

Vous développez vos compétences et le savoir-faire de l’entreprise en contribuant ou en coordonnant des projets de recherche et développement.

Vous vous forgez une expertise technique et économique concernant les projets d'investissement et intervenez en tant que conseiller dans divers groupes de travail. Par exemple, Vous représentez Elia dans un ou plusieurs groupes de travails liés au System Development Committee d’ENTSO-e

Votre profil

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur industriel ou civil (en électricité, électromécanique, mécanique ou électronique).

Vous avez un première expérience professionnelle dans le développement/la gestion de projets.

Vous adoptez une approche transversale et vous avez les capacités pour faire participer tous les stakeholders.

Vous avez l’esprit d'analyse et de bonnes compétences d’évaluation économique.

Vous avez le sens de l'initiative et travaillez de manière autonome.

Vous travaillez bien en équipe, avez le contact facile et êtes capable de vous montrer convaincant (oralement et par écrit).

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le néerlandais (ou français) et avez une bonne connaissance du français (ou néerlandais) et de l’anglais.
