Le réseau d’Elia est en constante évolution. Le service Grid Development réalise des études visant à intégrer différentes informations sur l’état du réseau et à déterminer quels investissements deviennent nécessaires pour offrir la capacité demandée par les utilisateurs avec un niveau de fiabilité élevé.
Dans ce cadre, l’équipe Regional Grid Developement, a pour mission de rassembler et analyser l’ensemble des besoins apparaissant sur le réseau de transport régional d’elia (< 380kV). En étroite collaboration avec PSP, différents options de développements du réseau sont comparées suivant une approche multicritères et un schéma préférentiel d’évolution du réseau à court, moyen et long terme est proposé.
Après avoir obtenu le buy-in des différents départements, cette vision d’évolution doit être défendue devant les organes concernés. Une fois celle-ci approuvée, l’équipe traduit cette vision en initiant des projets concrets dans le portefeuille de projets avant de réaliser le handshake avec le département Infrastructure.
Votre rôle au sein de l’équipe Regional Grid Developement comporte des aspects techniques et budgétaires et implique surtout une étroite collaboration avec un grand nombre de départements au sein d’Elia (Asset Management, Infrastructure, MAC, CURE, PRA, Netop ).
Vous vous forgez donc une expertise technique et économique concernant le développement du réseau et intervenez dans la justification de celui-ci tant en interne qu’auprès des Régulateurs, des gestionnaires des réseaux de distribution ou d’utilisateurs du réseau souhaitant une modification ou un nouveau raccordement.
Dans le contexte actuel de transition énergétique, une attention particulière doit être portée sur l’électrification des ménages et de l’industrie et à son impact sur le réseau vertical. En tant qu’expert de Regional Grid Development vous jouez un rôle important dans la définition des critères de développement du réseau qui nous permettront encore à l’avenir d’assurer un niveau de fiabilité élevé du réseau Elia. Vous serez amené à représenter la vision de GD dans des groupes de travail internes comme externes afin de prendre les meilleures orientations dans l’intérêt de la communauté.
Au final, vous collaborez au sein d’une équipe expérimentée, dynamique et motivée en effectuant un travail varié.
Votre profil
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur industriel ou civil (en électricité, électromécanique, mécanique ou électronique) et manifestez de l'intérêt pour le développement du réseau.
Vous disposez déjà d’une expérience dans le domaine électrique (min 5 ans).
Vous avez l’esprit d'analyse et de bonnes compétences d’évaluation.
Vous avez le contact facile et vous êtes capable d’argumenter votre point de vue de manière convaincante tant oralement que par écrit.
Vous travaillez bien en équipe et vous avez le sens de l’initiative.
Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome, tout en s’assurant du respect des procédures internes.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance du français, du néerlandais et de l’anglais.
