Vos responsabilités

Vous travaillerez au sein de l’équipe « Grid & Market Operations » et serez chargé(e) de soutenir l’analyse du réseau et du marché pour les équipes nationales de dispatching opérationnel. Voici un aperçu de ce que vous ferez :

  • Préparer les modèles de réseau : vous créez et mettez à jour les modèles de réseau et intégrez les prévisions de consommation, de production et d’échanges sur le marché. Ces modèles de réseau sont essentiels pour effectuer les calculs et garantir la stabilité du réseau.
  • Soutenir les processus de marché : vous supervisez les processus de marché day-ahead et intraday afin d’assurer un fonctionnement harmonieux et une coordination efficace avec les marchés européens.
  • Coordonner avec les acteurs clés : vous êtes le lien central entre notre centre de contrôle national, les départements de planification et les partenaires externes, y compris les consommateurs, les producteurs et les autres opérateurs de réseau.
  • Effectuer des simulations du réseau : vous effectuez des simulations du réseau afin d’anticiper les problèmes, de résoudre les problèmes de processus potentiels et de recommander des mesures préventives ou correctives pour les opérations en temps réel.
  • Contribuer aux rapports : vous partagez des informations clés par le biais de rapports et soutenez la surveillance des données afin de maintenir la sécurité du réseau.
  • Améliorer les procédures opérationnelles : vous maintenez nos procédures opérationnelles à jour et contribuez aux projets de développement au sein du centre de contrôle national.
  • Servir d’expert en processus :vous jouez un rôle de spécialiste au sein de l’équipe dans des domaines spécifiques tels que la prévision de la congestion, la prévision des énergies renouvelables ou le calcul de la capacité.

Votre profil

  • Formation : Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier ou d’une expérience équivalente dans un domaine relevant.
  • Langues : Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais ou le français et avez une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais. De solides compétences en matière de communication verbale sont essentielles.
  • Flexibilité en matière d’horaires de travail :Vous êtes prêt(e) à travailler selon des horaires variables, notamment
    Heures de bureau en semaine : 9 heures – 17 heures, 65 % des jours de travail.
    Heures tardives en semaine : 12 heures – 20 heures, 25 % de vos jours de travail
    Heures tardives du week-end : 12 h – 20 h, 10 % de vos jours de travail
    Les horaires en dehors des heures de bureau mènent à une prime de shift.
  • Aptitude à résoudre les problèmes : Vous aimez analyser des problèmes complexes et proposer des solutions créatives et simplifiées.
  • Indépendant et proactif : Vous pouvez travailler de manière autonome, rechercher activement des informations et prendre des initiatives.
  • Esprit d’équipe et adaptabilité :Vous vous épanouissez au sein d’une équipe, vous communiquez clairement et vous êtes axé sur le client. Vous pouvez vous adapter à un environnement de travail en évolution rapide.
