Growth through the growth of people, that's how it works.What will you be doing?As a Business / Functional Analyst, you represent Oxygen at our clients and work with project teams to make the insurance sector more efficient, digital, and customer-focused. You take a critical look at existing processes and structures, identify bottlenecks, and design practical solutions to improve them. Acting as the bridge between business and IT, you translate business needs into clear IT requirements and define the functional specifications of applications.
