Experienced Project Manager – BrusselsLocation: Brussels, BelgiumCompany: Language Services Provider (working under EU Institutional Contracts)Start: As soon as possibleWe are a language services provider operating under a European Union contract for interpretation services and are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Brussels.Role OverviewThe Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of interpretation assignments, from planning and resourcing through to delivery and follow-up. This is a hybrid front- and back-office role, requiring close coordination with interpreters, clients, internal management, and travel coordination teams. The position involves working under tight deadlines, handling last-minute changes, and ensuring full contractual and administrative compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging interpretation assignments from receipt to completionOptioning and booking conference interpreters and building appropriate interpretation teamsLiaising with clients, interpreters, and internal stakeholdersCoordinating closely with the travel and accommodation teamHandling last-minute changes, replacements, and troubleshooting operational issuesEnsuring compliance with contract requirements and internal proceduresManaging administrative tasks including purchase orders, confirmations, reporting, and documentationMonitoring delivery quality and supporting continuous improvementRequired ProfileDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects under pressure and tight deadlinesStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilityComfortable handling a significant administrative workload alongside operational tasksMature, reliable, and professional approach; able to interact confidently with senior stakeholdersPrior experience in language services or EU institutional environments is an asset, but not mandatoryLanguage RequirementsEnglish – MandatoryFrench – Preferable but not mandatoryAdditional languages are a strong assetWhat We OfferA challenging role within a stable institutional frameworkA dynamic, international working environmentA position based in Brussels, in close interaction with EU institutionsCompetitive remuneration commensurate with experienceIf you are an experienced project manager looking for a role combining coordination, client interaction, and operational delivery in an international context, we would be pleased to receive your application.
