Join a globally recognised organisation leading innovation in digital transformation and enterprise solutions. With operations spanning multiple continents, our client is embarking on an exciting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) global rollout, with a primary focus on rolling out in the U.S. We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Project Manager to oversee and deliver end-to-end ERP projects within a global rollout program. Candidate had to be based in Belgium, you will act as the bridge between European and U.S. project teams—ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery of D365 F&O implementations. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, technical leads, and functional consultants to drive consistent processes, effective communication, and strategic alignment across global business operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the D365 F&O rollout projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe and the U.S. to align on business requirements and deployment strategy. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, integrators, and internal IT). Ensure compliance with global project governance and change management processes. Drive continuous improvement and identify efficiencies within rollout methodology. Prepare and present project updates, reports, and KPIs to senior management. Facilitate hybrid working collaboration and ensure smooth communication across time zones. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years' experience managing ERP projects, with at least 2+ years on Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Proven success delivering global or multi-country rollout projects. Strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, and operations modules within D365. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across international teams. Ability to lead distributed teams and coordinate across cultural and geographical boundaries. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred. Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
