IngreSearch is delighted to be partnered exclusively with a major, international flavours manufacturer to secure a new Business Development Manager for their team. My client prioritise quality and customer service and supply innovative and creative flavours to major customers in the Dairy, Bakery, Beverage, Confectionary and Chocolate industries. They are growing, which requires them to expand the current sales team. Responsibilities of the role:Identify partnership opportunities with new customers across the Benelux region, developing commercial strategy to approach new marketsDevelop strategic targets to ensure rapid and sustainable growthMaintain existing business with a network of key accounts in the regionContribute to the development of the product offering and marketing tools to meet business goalsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years' prior industry related business development experience in the B2B Ingredients, Flavours or Food & Beverage areaStrong communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to speak fluent Dutch, English and FrenchProven track record in the execution of successful business development strategiesFocused and goal-oriented with a natural hunter mindset and drive to winPlease submit your CV if you have the requisite skills as outlined above and are a highly competitive individual with excellent communication skills.
