Voor de regio Oost-Vlaanderen/Waasland zijn we op zoek naar een Business Development Manager voor Technical Talents. Het HQ is gelegen in Merelbeke, hier verwachten we je 1 dag per week, alle andere dagen vul je zelf in. Ontdek en bouw aan nieuwe kansen: Je brengt de markt in jouw regio in kaart en gaat proactief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten voor Technical Talents. Via gerichte prospectie plan je zelf je klantenbezoeken in, met als doel nieuwe Staffing opdrachten binnen te halen en duurzame relaties met klanten op te bouwen. Vind de ideale oplossing voor technische teams: In samenwerking met de technisch/HR verantwoordelijke van de klant analyseer je hun noden. Samen bepalen jullie welke projecten of profielen nodig zijn om het technisch departement optimaal te laten presteren. Maak deals op maat: Je stelt commerciële samenwerkingsvoorstellen op die perfect aansluiten bij de behoeften van de klant, onderhandelt de voorwaarden en zorgt ervoor dat de deal wordt gesloten. Werk samen met je collega's: Voor jouw net binnengehaald project of vacatures overleg je uitgebreid met je recruitmentcollega's wat de noden zijn. Zij gaan op zoek naar de perfecte match. De juiste match maken: Je zorgt ervoor dat de ideale technieker aan de juiste opdracht wordt gekoppeld. Daarna draag je dit verder over aan de Accountmanager van de regio. Je kan terugblikken op een succesvolle sales ervaring in de recruitment & staffing industrie; bij voorkeur binnen de techniek. Sterke netwerker die vanuit technisch inzicht kan meepraten. Je haalt energie uit het leggen van contacten en het uitbouwen van duurzame lange termijn relaties. Drive, doorzettingsvermogen, uitstekende overtuigings- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden zijn essentieel om jezelf en Technical Talents te positioneren in de markt. Ondernemingszin, zelfsturend en autonoom kunnen werken. Vlotte communicator en luistervaardig: je bent perfect in staat om voor elke uitdaging een passende oplossing voor je klant te vinden.
