Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Mobile Support Engineer to join our Operations Center. The Mobile Support team is responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for mobile solutions that enable and support field operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and smooth deployment of mobile devices used across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L1 and L2 support for enterprise mobile solutions supporting field usersTroubleshoot and resolve incidents related to iOS and Android devicesManage and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) platformsPerform staging, imaging, configuration, and deployment of mobile devicesEnsure compliance with security, configuration, and operational standardsAct as an escalation point for complex mobile-related issuesCollaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teamsDocument procedures, configurations, and support knowledgeRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer in an ICT infrastructure environmentStrong knowledge of mobile technologies, including iOS and AndroidHands-on experience with MDM tools (e.g. Intune, MobileIron, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar)Proven experience in device staging, imaging, and large-scale deploymentsSolid troubleshooting and customer-oriented support mindsetAbility to work independently in a production operations environmentNice to HaveExperience supporting mobile solutions for field or industrial operationsKnowledge of security policies, certificates, and mobile compliance frameworksFamiliarity with ITIL-based incident and change managementExperience working in large or multi-site enterprise environmentsWhat We OfferA senior operational role with high business impactExposure to modern mobile and enterprise mobility technologiesStable, collaborative Operations Center environmentLong-term engagement with opportunities for professional development
