The company is a global leader in automation industry responsible for delivering high-precision and innovative products to companies worldwide.

On your role as a Technical Support Officer:
• you will become an expert in one of our product lines
• you will support our Sales Engineers and Clients when it comes to your assigned product line.
• you will also be an internal trainer for your colleagues, and you will be assisting with new product launches by providing trainings materials, knowledge sharing and customer trainings. This position is based in the HQ in Mechelen.
As the company focuses on a professional approach towards the clients, they are servicing them in their own language. Therefor they are specifically looking for a native Polish speaker.
Your responsibilities?
• Supporting the Clients and Sales Engineers via email, phone, video or face-to-face regarding your assigned product line
• Training your colleagues and clients
• Taking care of technical documentation/ translation.
ProfielWhat do we require?
• Interest in Technology and Technical products; an on the job training will be provided
• Fluent speaker with a high level of English in speaking and writing. Native Polish speaker to connect to the clients.
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• A technical education or experience is a plus but no must at all
• A first experience supporting clients with technical products is a plus
• As you will be traveling towards your clients a drivers licence is required
