Your key responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting with customers and the Sales Engineers via different channels regarding your assigned product line. You try to find out what the exact issue is through specific questions;
- Taking care of technical documents and translations where needed;
- Give training to colleagues and clients, also on site
What are the requirements as a Technical Customer Support?
- Strong interest in Technology and Technical products
- A technical education is a plus, but not necessary;
- A Belgian drivers licence is obligatory;
- You already have a first experience in customer service;
- Business proficient knowledge of English;
- Strong solving and communication skills;
- Some programming knowledge (Java Script, C++,...) is always a plus;
- Full time and permanent contract.
