**Wat zal je job inhouden?**:
Heb je een goede kennis van elektriciteit en/of IT-netwerken? Spreek je daarnaast (zeer) goed Nederlands, Engels en Frans? Beschik je over een analytisch vermogen? Dan zit je goed
We zijn namelijk op zoek naar een service line technical support om het serviceteam van onze klant te vervolledigen. Het doel is om een hoge klanttevredenheid te garanderen door middel van de verwerking en oplossing van meer complexe, technische problemen in zonne-energiesystemen.
Jouw takenpakket als service line technical support:
- en opslagsystemen (foutmeldingen, storingen...) aan professionele klanten (installateurs en distributeurs)
- Uitvoeren van relevante diagnoses en op afstand herstellen van storingen en afwijkingen
- Gebruiken van de bedrijfsapplicaties voor het beheer van probleemoplossing en opvolgen van cases tot er een oplossing is
- Bijdragen aan de periodieke rapportage over activiteiten
**Wat zoeken we?**:
- Technische achtergrond vanuit studies en/of werkervaring
- Goede kennis van elektriciteit en/of IT-netwerken
- Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels en goede kennis Frans, kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt
- Je bent communicatief sterk en kan goed in team werken
- Positieve ingesteldheid, flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid
- Sterk analytisch vermogen, organisatieskills, efficiëntie, autonomie, precisie en betrouwbaarheid zijn kenmerken die jou typeren
- Bereid om te werken van maandag tot vrijdag van 9u-17u15, op vrijdag stop je sneller
