Voor een agile team dat instaat voor betalingsprocessen aan leden en zorgverstrekkers binnen een sterk gereguleerde context, zoeken we een ervaren Business/Product Owner. Je vormt de brug tussen business, governance en IT en zorgt ervoor dat complexe processen vertaald worden naar duidelijke prioriteiten en maximale businesswaarde. De opdracht is tijdelijk, in afwachting van een interne aanwerving. Rol & Verantwoordelijkheden Productvisie & Waardecreatie Bewaken van de globale visie van het product Samen met businessverantwoordelijken de roadmap uittekenen en opvolgen Vertalen van businessbehoeften naar duidelijke requirements Bepalen en bewaken van scope, prioriteiten en acceptatiecriteria Opvolgen van ROI, planning en budget Bijsturen waar nodig in overleg met governance- en stuurgroepen Backlog & Agile Werking End-to-end ownership van de product backlog Prioriteiten bepalen om maximale waarde te leveren Duidelijke communicatie van backlog en prioriteiten naar het scrumteam Actieve samenwerking met het agile team tijdens delivery Stakeholder- & Governancebeheer Schakelfiguur tussen business, IT, governance en experten Proactief ophalen en afstemmen van stakeholderverwachtingen Rapporteren over voortgang, budget, risico’s en resultaten Zorgen voor transparante en gestructureerde communicatie Implementatie & Change Begeleiden of ondersteunen van implementatie- en verandertrajecten Inschatten van impact op processen, rollen en organisatie Nauwe samenwerking met proceseigenaars en andere betrokken partijen Deliverables Aantoonbare businesswaarde via productreleases Een duidelijke en onderhouden roadmap Structurele rapportering naar management en stakeholders Voorstellen voor continue verbeteringen Consistente en heldere stakeholdercommunicatie Profiel Must-haves Aantoonbare ervaring als Product Owner Ervaring met agile werken (Scrum) Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden Samenwerkingsgerichte houding Ervaring in een complexe of gereguleerde omgeving Competenties Sterk analytisch en synthetisch vermogen Resultaat- en oplossingsgericht Prioriteiten kunnen stellen en overzicht bewaren Proactieve houding Sterk stakeholdergericht What’s in it for you?
