Fight for simplicity : high‑impact processes, smart frugality. Marketing Associate role We are looking for a Marketing Associate to own and elevate Alan’s brand presence in Belgium. Your goal will be to shape how Alan shows up across our organic sales channels, crafting content that strengthens our brand, empowers Sales, and positions Alan as the most human, modern, and trusted health partner in Belgium. Responsibilities SEO & Geo‑local Visibility : lead Belgium‑specific SEO and geo‑targeting initiatives, launch and manage Alan’s Belgium blog end‑to‑end, and write high‑impact content. Content Creation & Lead Generation : produce high‑value content formats (guides, calculators, checklists, etc.), build and optimise email nurturing streams, and run webinars with industry experts. Social Influence & Community Amplification : define and roll out an influencer and user‑generated‑content strategy; own the local social presence. Cross‑Functional Collaboration : support Belgian teams with compelling content for press, events, partnerships, advertising, and sales enablement. Iterative work cycle : shape strategy with in‑house experts, report impact, and define clear actions to try, learn, and improve continuously. AI‑driven Marketing : learn to leverage best‑in‑class AI tools and workflows to accelerate your craft, speed, and output. Qualifications A degree in marketing, communication, or business from a leading Belgian school. At least 1–2 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment or strong marketing projects completed during studies. Native‑level Dutch and English writing, with excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to write clear, engaging content across SEO, social, PR, or editorial formats. A strong sense of narrative and the ability to adapt messaging to different industries and audiences. Curiosity, creativity, craft, and a desire to become a high‑velocity storyteller using AI. Motivation to collaborate with Sales, Product, Brand, and Field teams to shape impactful stories. Ownership, autonomy, and a bias for action.
