Associate Director Marketing Operations

**This role is responsible to lead a global category team, driving transformational sourcing initiatives across Marketing Operations encompassing a total spend of $250M. This role reports to the Executive Director of Global Marketing Procurement within the Indirect Sourcing & Procurement organization.**:
- ** Global Category Management - Lead a Global Supplier Strategy Council, to shape sourcing strategies in alignment with business goals and driving required results holistically across the enterprise. This includes leading global, cross-functional initiatives through the Sourcing Management Process (SMP) and provide strategy oversight for Global, Regional and Local components of the category.**:
- ** Stakeholder Management & Communication - Develop, sustain, and evolve global stakeholder relationships through a service mindset. This includes proactive engagement with business partners and stakeholders to better understand their short and longer-term priorities. The incumbent should work collaboratively to enable these priorities but also challenge status quo where appropriate, with new approaches and solutions. Effective communication will play a key role in successfully securing stakeholder buy-in of initiatives, solutions and new ideas. This is a key component of this job.**:
- ** Supplier Value Management - with key suppliers to foster innovation, manage supplier performance, establish a Governance Model, and ensure continuous improvement.**:
- ** Teamwork - Work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels to support global / regional implementation activities, as well as share and drive best practices.**:
- ** Identify and deliver on key metrics including savings, supplier diversity and working capital to established objectives through value creation, service delivery, foster innovation & digitization and corporate/social/environmental responsibility.**:
- ** Actively supports diversity, both within the Company as well as expanding relationships and spend with diverse suppliers.**:
***Education Minimum Requirement**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or advanced degree is desirable.**:
**Required Experience and Skills**:
- ** Minimum of 10+ years of experience related to strategic sourcing (global category management), business management, people and project management.**:
- ** Ability to influence, work in environments with potentially conflicting priorities. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion; demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability and the ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.**:
- ** Strong communication and facilitation skills, solution orientated, outstanding follow-up and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and partnership development skills.**:
- ** Self-starter and able to work in dynamic environment, adaptive, flexible and able to be multitasking.**:
- ** Knowledge of Procurement related business processes.**:
- ** Cultural awareness and sensitivity required.**:
- ** Change management experience.**:
