Over Marhill Packaging Sinds 1990 dé specialist in FIBC's (big bags - industriële confectie) voor de chemische en voedingsindustrie, in België én internationaal. Klantgerichte aanpak op basis van behoefteanalyse en maatwerk – geen standaardproducten, maar oplossingen op maat. Eigen productiebedrijf in Bulgarije (120 werknemers) en samenwerking met vaste geselecteerde leveranciers in Turkije en India. Sterke reputatie dankzij innovatie, kwaliteit en nauwkeurige opvolging. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je klantencontact, technisch inzicht en administratieve opvolging binnen de wereld van industriële confectie. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten én leveranciers en volgt projecten op van A tot Z. Analyseren van klantaanvragen en uitwerken van oplossingen op maat. Opstellen van offertes, productbeschrijvingen, technische tekeningen en fotomateriaal Opvolgen van orders: bevestigen, inplannen en verwerken tot aan het transport. Technische specificaties opmaken en doorgeven aan klanten en productie. Regelgeving opzoeken, certificaten aanvragen en klanten hierover informeren. Leverancierscontact: prijzen aanvragen, bestellingen plaatsen en opvolgen. Voorraadcontrole, productiefiches uitwerken en werkorders opstellen. Klantopvolging van A tot Z: aanvragen → stalen laten maken → feedback verwerken → definitieve bestelling. Contact houden via telefoon, e-mail en Teams met klanten en leveranciers wereldwijd. Sterk cijfermatig aangelegd voor de opmaak van de verschillende orders. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden , vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans (kennis van Duits is een plus). Oog voor detail, gestructureerd en stressbestendig. Analytisch en oplossingsgericht denken. Hands-on mentaliteit en ownership nemen over je dossiers. Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken. Flexibiliteit en zin voor verantwoordelijkheid. Ervaring of basiskennis in patroontekenen en/of naaien is een pluspunt. Internationale context met klanten en leveranciers over de hele wereld.
