Als Project Supervisor werk je in een dynamische omgeving waar jouw technische kennis en leiderschap echt het verschil maken. Jouw werklocatie: VlaanderenJouw Equans-uitvalsbasis: Grimbergen Wat ga je doen?leiden en motiveren van het projectteam van Vlaanderen doelen bepalen en prestaties van teamleden opvolgen plannen en technisch beheren van projecten communiceren met andere ploegen binnen Technilift opmaken van studies en berekeningen voor technische offertes onderhouden van klantcontact en opvolgen van offertes voorstellen doen voor technische varianten Profiel Zie je een match met jouw troeven?bachelor in mechanica, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbaar domein ervaring in het beheer van technische projecten, liefst in liften of hijsapparatuur kennis van veiligheidsnormen en sector-specifieke regelgeving vermogen om innovatieve en geavanceerde technische oplossingen voor te stellen sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en teammanagementvaardigheden uitstekende communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden beheersing van het Nederlands goede kennis van het Frans en/of Engels is een plus Aanbod Zin om mee te werken aan de multitechnische uitdagingen van morgen?
