Key responsibilities include: Responsibilities Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT/network security program. Work directly with business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes. Develop and enhance an information security management framework aligned with ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIS 2, SOC 2, DORA, GDPR, AI Act, etc. Interact with related disciplines through committees to ensure consistent application of policies and standards across technology projects, systems, and services. Organize and lead the enterprise information security organization. Assist with overall business technology planning, providing current knowledge and future vision with focus on security and business continuity. Maintain knowledge of security technologies and ensure it is readily available. Qualifications Master’s degree in cybersecurity, IT, telecommunications or related fields. Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, or CISA. Ability to obtain required security clearances. 5–10 years of experience in risk management, information and/or network security, and relevant IT roles. Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, NIST, and regulatory compliance in telco industry. Background with SIEM, EDR, firewalls, intrusion detection systems; telecommunication knowledge preferred. Understanding of secure software development and DevSecOps practices. Understanding of AI/ML applications in security. Multilingual proficiency: ENG mandatory + FR or NL. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High personal integrity for international security clearances. Innovative leadership, ability to motivate cross‑functional, interdisciplinary, and international teams across multiple time zones. Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management. Knowledge of cloud security architecture. Knowledge of ethical hacking and penetration testing techniques. Familiarity with incident management and disaster recovery planning. Why PXG Global?
