Key Responsibilities- You are part of a team of specialists that unite their knowledge in implementing and handling payroll processing for Belgian and international clients. You ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, with an end-to-end focus.
- You contribute to improving and automating payroll processes.
- You supervise the transactional work of junior colleagues.
- You build close relationships with your clients and help solve all their problems.
- You have ownership of day-to-day deliverables to your clients, able to apply in-depth knowledge of your files.
To qualify for the role you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years relevant payroll expertise.
- You are eager to work in an international environment.
- You are curious, eager to learn and develop yourself broadly.
- You are triggered to work in a fast-paced, challenging and varied environment.
- You thrive on getting things done.
- You have an open, creative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and flexible mindset.
- You have a practical and hands-on attitude and you know how to use technology to improve payroll processes.
- You are fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
