This is a full-time role offered under a permanent employment contract, not a freelancing arrangement.What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?You will be responsible for driving strategy and delivering results: you will make recommendations to the Country Manager on strategy and customer plans. Through data analysis and past experience make, you will make solid decisions on strategy and direction, direct value added sales opportunities by implementing supply chain, engineering, supplier, or service excellence strategies. You will identify and help achieve sales branch goals, not just team goals.You will manage Team: recruit, hire and mentor sales staff. Manage employee performance. Ensure team is trained and has resources to deliver sales plans. Coach and provide feedback to employees. Deliver high potential sales representatives for future management roles. Use managerial courage to make difficult decisions when necessary. Prepare development plans for employees.You will develop customer, supplier and vendor relationships: enhance manager relationships with key contacts by providing superior service and operation excellence. You will implement effective and practiced techniques for solving problems. You will effectively communicate with all levels (supplier, customer, vendor). Attend reviews and meetings. Increase management presence at customer accounts in order to achieve access to decision makers.Leadership: You will act as leader in the branch. Instill vision and create enthusiasm to achieve goals. Use data and analysis to make recommendations to team and to management. You will be responsible for budgeting and planning. You will act as a key leader in facilitating implementation of process improvement based on data.What we are looking for:At least 10 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in new business development or account management, combined with end-user sales within the IT distribution or IT vendor sectors.Solid knowledge of the BeLux market, along with an understanding of current trends and emerging opportunities.Experience working with IBM solutions.Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Driver's license and readiness for frequent business travel within the BeLux region.What is in it for you?Fantastic working culture where you can make an impactCompetitive package composed of a base salary plus bonus based on your performance with the car allowance includedThis position is a life changing opportunity to start and continue a key career move in a fast paced, international organization.
