Dan is deze functie als Teamlead Logistics Administration bij onze klant in Beringen wellicht de perfecte kans voor jouWat ga je doen?Leiden & Motiveren: enthousiasmeren van een gevarieerd team van administratieve medewerkers om kwaliteits- en efficiëntiedoelen te behalen;Dagelijkse Coördinatie: coördineren van administratieve processen om de operationele flow soepel te laten verlopen;Structuur Brengen: zorgen voor duidelijke richtlijnen en structuur binnen de administratieve processen voor betere efficiëntie;Efficiëntie & Kwaliteit: toezicht houden op de bezetting, productiviteit en kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden binnen je team;Actieve Teamplayer: zelf ook actief bijdragen aan het werk en ondersteuning bieden aan teamleden waar nodig;Coachen & Begeleiden: het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van teamleden in samenwerking met de Logistics Administration Manager;Samenwerken: dagelijks communiceren en samenwerken met andere afdelingen voor een optimale bedrijfsvoering;Veiligheid & Kwaliteit: implementeren en handhaven van procedures met betrekking tot veiligheid, milieu en kwaliteit, en zorgen voor naleving van de richtlijnen. ProfielVoor de functie van Teamlead Logistics Administration zoeken we een kandidaat die zich in de volgende eigenschappen herkent:Je hebt een Bachelor-denkniveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring;Ervaring in de logistiek is een pluspunt;Je hebt geen geheimen voor de gangbare Microsoft Office-programma's;Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, basiskennis van het Frans is een pre;Je hanteert van nature een coachende leiderschapsstijl, motiveert jouw team en ondersteunt hen in hun ontwikkeling;Door jouw sterke organisatorische vaardigheden breng je structuur in je werk en geef je de juiste prioriteit aan taken en processen;Je kunt onder druk werken en gaat vlot om met deadlines;Je werkt kritisch en zorgvuldig met oog voor detail;Je behandelt vertrouwelijke informatie discreet;Jouw klantgerichtheid zorgt voor een focus op het leveren van uitstekende service en het oplossen van klantbehoeften;Je houdt ervan om zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig te werken.
