You will be working alongside a team of real estate professionals specialized in corporate properties with a full range of services such as sales, letting, property management, asset management, and assessment.
About the Role
We are looking for a self-employed young graduate with a passion for real estate to be a part of our letting team. You will benefit from a customizable package of brokerage and property management training courses. You are a great team player with excellent communication skills. You are solution-oriented and know how to seize opportunities.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assist both occupiers and owners in finding suitable real estate solutions.
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, trends, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, LOI, etc.).
- Actively search for new clients.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Cooperate actively on joint projects with other departments such as Retail, Invest, and Property Management.
- Develop networks and cooperate with consultants, owners, and brokers.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
