Functiebeschrijving

De afdeling IT Energy Market and Realtime Applications & Projects is verantwoordelijk voor de uitrol en het onderhoud op lange termijn van IT-tools voor de operationele processen van Elia. Hierbij gaat het om realtime geautomatiseerd beheer van het toezicht- en controlesysteem van het elektriciteitsnet (EMS/SCADA), tools die de bevoorradingszekerheid garanderen, tools voor transacties op de verschillende energiemarkten en het uitwisselen van gegevens met marktspelers.

De rol past ook binnen de digitaliseringsstrategie van Elia Group. Als IT Application Manager werk je mee aan diverse projecten voor upgrades en informatie-uitwisseling, samen met de Duitse entiteit 50Hertz en/of andere entiteiten van Elia in België.

We zijn op zoek naar een IT Application Manager die ons team zo snel mogelijk kan komen versterken. Je zal instaan voor de volledige uitrol van IT-projecten en hun operationele ondersteuning binnen deze afdeling.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • fungeren als functioneel en technisch expert voor onze SCADA- en EMS-oplossingen (inclusief ondersteuning voor de componenten);
  • samenwerken met de business om prioriteiten te bepalen voor je projecten en operationele activiteiten;
  • bijdragen aan en synchroniseren met IT-projecten die voorafgaan aan of volgen op je eigen projecten, met als doel planningsproblemen op te lossen en synergieën tussen projecten te creëren;
  • testen van zakelijke vereisten voordat ze worden goedgekeurd;
  • valideren en verifiëren van specificaties die door de business zijn vastgesteld en, in het geval van software die intern bij Elia is ontwikkeld, deze omzetten in een functioneel, technisch ontwerp op basis van Microsoft-technologieën (.NET);
  • samenwerken met een team van interne en/of externe ontwikkelaars samen met de .NET Technical Manager, en nauwgezet opvolgen van projecten waarbij software wordt aangekocht of extern wordt ontwikkeld;
  • goedkeuren van een test- en kwaliteitsbeheerstrategie en deze monitoren tijdens de uitrol;
  • superviseren van releases;
  • ondersteunen van eindgebruikers (tweede lijn);
  • organiseren en prioriteren van het onderhoud van ontwikkelde oplossingen.

Vereisten:

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in IT en/of elektriciteit.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring als IT Application Manager en/of Business Analyst en/of Functional Analyst.
  • Je hebt ervaring met realtime contexten in de energiesector (SCADA, EMS, realtime beperkingen op het gebied van beschikbaarheid).
  • Je hebt ervaring met realtime protocollen en standaarden zoals ICCP, IEC104, CGMES, enz.
  • Ervaring met leveranciersbeheer en Request For Proposals is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met Agile Scrum-ontwikkeling en/of Lean Management is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft-architectuur (.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server) in eerdere projecten/producten is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met ontwikkelaars en technische teams (bijv. IT Infrastructure) over technische zaken.
  • Kennis van en ervaring in de elektriciteits- en/of energiesector is een pluspunt.
  • Je volgt de nieuwste IT-ontwikkelingen op de voet. Aantoonbare ervaring in digitalisering is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met operators over technische en ontwerpgerelateerde zaken.
  • Je bezit sterke analytische vaardigheden en je hebt organisatietalent.
  • Je bent klantgericht, je staat communicatief sterk in je schoenen en je werkt goed in een team.
  • Je bent bereid om aan bepaalde projecten in het buitenland te werken (bijvoorbeeld bij 50Hertz, de Duitse transmissienetbeheerder van Elia Group).
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels. Je kan je ook goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands en/of het Frans.
Salaris en Voordelen
