Onze klant is een bedrijf in beweging dat duurzaamheid nastreeft en inzet op een vernieuwende aanpak én technologie om een belangrijke maatschappelijke rol te vervullen. Wij zoeken voor het centraal aankoopdepartement een category manager die verantwoordelijk wordt voor aankoop van allerlei types werken en dienstverlening en een klein team van aankopers aanstuurt. Takenpakket: De optimale aankoopstrategie uitbouwen rekening houden met de markt en de behoeften van het bedrijf Een voortdurende afstemmen en nauwe samenwerking onderhouden met de interne klant en stakeholders Onderhandelen met leveranciers Zorgen dat de overheidsopdrachten in de praktijk correct verlopen, volgens het wettelijk kader en de interne voorschriften, en de gunningen doorvoeren Op operationeel vlak de uitvoering van de belangrijkste contracten bewaken Leiding en begeleiding geven aan een klein team Het analyseren en rapporteren van de activiteiten en resultaten in deze categorie Profiel Masterdiploma Minimum drie jaar jaar relevante ervaring met aankoopprocessen in een (technische, industriële ...) complexe omgeving Kennis van aankoop in een overheidscontext Zeer goede van het Frans of Nederlands met ook een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal Je bent analytisch en bezit een grote overtuigingskracht Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en people skills Je kan zowel op operationeel als op strategisch niveau denken Je bent zelfzeker en besluitvaardig Je bent op zoek naar een functie in loonverband (vast dienstverband) Aanbod Wij bieden een afwisselende job met veel beweging die samen gaat met een contract van onbepaalde duur in een stabiel bedrijf, met talrijke opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Er heerst een grote flexibiliteit in werktijden en verlof, ten voordele van de balans tussen werk en privé met tot twee dagen thuiswerk per week. Bij deze functie hoort een aantrekkelijk loonpakket : salaris in lijn met ervaring en competenties; de loonrange is 4800€ - 7000€ bruto/maand contract onbepaalde duur 38/36u glijdende werktijden en thuiswerk forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding jaarpremie maaltijdcheques hospitalisatie- tand- en ambulante zorgen verzekering groepsverzekering aan zeer gunstige voorwaarden cafetariaplan geen bedrijfswagen maar in de plaats daarvan zeer interessante voorwaarden voor openbaar vervoer 20 verlofdagen + 13 kredietdagen
