Je bent de expert wanneer het aankomt op rentabiliteitsstudies, op het controleren van de nodige voorzieningen en reserves van producten en takken Leven binnen de maatschappij en op het rapporteren daarvan in de boekhoudkundige standaarden (BGAAP, Solvency II en IFRS17). Door jouw tussenkomst kan Belfius rekenen op sterke analyses die de winstgevendheid van de maatschappij mee bepalen.
De job in een notendop
Als medewerker binnen de afdeling Actuary & Monitoring Life – Reporting & Monitoring ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor de rapportering binnen het domein van Groepsverzekering en Business verzekering en word je ingezet voor de volgende opdrachten:
- Organisatie van de periodieke afsluitwerkzaamheden voor BGAAP.
- Organisatie van de periodieke afsluitwerkzaamheden voor Solvency II en IFRS17, waaronder:
- De berekening van de Best Estimate en IFRS17-componenten en de bepaling van de onderliggende niet-economische hypothesen.
- Analyse van de Best Estimate en IFRS17-componenten: sensibiliteitsanalyses, analysis of change, backtesting,…
Meewerken aan de jaarlijkse opzet van het Business Plan.
Meewerken aan het beheer van de actuariële modellen gebruikt in het team, waaronder:
- Het opvolgen van de implementatie van de aanbevelingen van audit, de revisoren en de actuariële functie.
- Het opstellen van de business analyse voor en het testen van de modelwijzigingen in Prophet door het team van Modelling.
Optimaliseren van het rapporteringsproces en technische ondersteuning bieden bij de lancering van nieuwe producten met het oog op een efficiënte verwerking in de rapporteringsprocessen.
Leveren, consolideren en analyseren van verschillende statistieken voor de Nationale Bank van België, FSMA, Assuralia,…
Je werkt nauw samen met de medewerkers binnen het eigen team Actuariaat en andere afdelingen (Customer Services, Domein Invest, Domein Pension&Care, SPPM, Actuarial Function, Risk Management, Financial Actuaries,…).
Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Je bent master in de actuariële wetenschappen, wiskundige wetenschappen of je hebt een gelijkaardige bagage op basis van ervaring.
- Enkele jaren ervaring in de boekhoudkundige afsluiten (BGAAP, SolvencyII) voor Levensverzekeringen vormen een pluspunt.
- Je beheert vlot de toepassingen binnen Microsoft Office (en kennis van Prophet of statistische tools zoals R en SAS vormen een pluspunt).
- Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling en samenwerken vormt voor jou geen probleem.
- Je kan de resultaten van de actuariële analyses in krachtige samenvattingen brengen voor het management.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en binnen deadlines tot resultaten komen.
- Je bent zeer analytisch en vaardig met cijfers en je bent nauwgezet, pragmatisch en efficiënt.
- Tot slot ben je goed tweetalig Nederlands/Frans.
