The role involves hands-on configuration, business engagement, support, and continuous improvement in a long-term environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse HR business requirements and translate them into SAP HR solutionsConfigure and support SAP HR modules (PA/OM, Time, Payroll)Handle incidents, root cause analysis, and system improvementsLead and execute functional and integration testingSupport business users in defining use cases and test scenariosMaintain high-quality functional and technical documentationProvide post-go-live support and continuous optimisationDeliver end-user training and knowledge transferRequired Skills & Experience10+ years of SAP HR consulting experienceStrong functional expertise in SAP HR (PA/OM, Time, Payroll)Basic practical ABAP knowledgeSolid understanding of HR processes and digital transformationExperience with SAP reporting and data analysisSAP Web technologies (Web Dynpro, Fiori, OData) are a plusLanguagesFrench: C1+ (mandatory)English: Professional level
