En groeien doen we zelf ook. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Advocaat Corporate-M&A voor het kantoor in Antwerpen of Brussel. Word jij binnenkort onze companion? Je bent een expert in je vak en deelt graag jouw kennis. Je steekt de handen graag uit de mouwen en hebt een no-nonsense mentaliteit. Je hebt zin in de job en smijt je voor je klanten en collega’s, elke dag opnieuw. Toch vind je dat het leven meer dan werken alleen is. Dat vinden wij trouwens ook. Je bent een samenwerker, een klankbord voor je klanten én collega’s. Welke kennis en ervaring verwachten we van jou? Je hebt je master rechten behaald en idealiter heb je een aanvullende opleiding in het vennootschapsrecht. Je bent Nederlandstalig en als je eveneens het Engels en het Frans goed onder de knie hebt, dan zien we dat als een absoluut pluspunt. Je werkt autonoom en gestructureerd aan verschillende projecten. Je neemt graag initiatief. Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste taken? Je begeleidt transacties waarbij je transactiedocumenten (NDA, LOI, SPA,…) opstelt en onderhandelt. Je verzorgt de redactie van onder andere aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten, leningsovereenkomsten, zelfstandige dienstverleningsovereenkomsten, etc.. Je begeleidt en adviseert klanten bij transactiestructuren en samenwerkingsvormen (zoals MBO, LBO, joint ventures,…). Je adviseert klanten in de bredere aspecten van het vennootschapsrecht en transacties. Waarom kiezen voor Moore Law? Ondernemen, Innoveren en Delen zijn onze kernwaarden.
