Key Responsibilities
  1. Project coordination between different parties.
  2. Produce and disseminate the monthly newsletter and manage subscribers.
  3. In-house community management: daily co-management of the Facebook group (including publishing posts), update website and intranet, engagement with content creators, production and distribution of content, and copywriting.
  4. Involvement in the production of user-generated content for the social media campaign like recording short videos.
  5. Manage the communicators and multipliers networks and establish partnerships with organisations or relevant influencers.
  6. Update and produce communication materials.
  7. Events organisation, including online meetings, coordination speakers, moderators, and other event staff.
A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US
  1. Creativity and excellent copywriting skills for various media and audiences/ target groups, especially for social media (asset: EN native speaker).
  2. Mandatory 3 years work experience with social media platforms for organic and paid promotions (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube): copywriting and posting messages, choosing/preparing visuals (knowledge of Canva), audience segmentation, as well as with community management for the afore-mentioned platforms.
  3. Proven experience in content development, if possible, policy-related.
  4. Facilitation skills for live and online meetings and webinars and knowledge of relevant online tools.
  5. Very good knowledge and experience in use of methods and indicators to measure effectiveness of communications, with a focus on web and social media.
  6. Knowledge of community management tools (Emplifi) and of web tools (Newsroom and Europa Analytics).
