Ons Communication Office zoekt een gepassioneerde en dynamische Community & Social Media Stategist om ons Digital team te versterken. Deze persoon zal een sleutelrol spelen in het beheren van ons online netwerk, waaronder onze medewerkers, verzekeringsadviseurs, makelaars, stakeholders, en in het versterken van onze content op sociale media. Proactief bedenken van strategieën om onze online aanwezigheid te versterken en onze doelgroepen te betrekken om meer visibiliteit en loyauteit te genereren. Ontwikkelen en implementeren van innovatieve en effectieve contentstrategieën voor onze huidige profielen op Instagram, Facebook en LinkedIn, met een oog voor toekomstige platformen. Valideren, voorstellen, plannen en publiceren van boeiende en relevante content voor onze diverse doelgroepen (personeel, adviseurs, makelaars, publiek). Analyseren van gegevens en feedback van campagnes om strategieën te optimaliseren en toekomstige campagne-aanbevelingen te voeden. Continu monitoren van andere en nieuwe platformen en grondige analyse van onze aan- of afwezigheid daarop. Beheren van zowel organische als betaalde campagnes met een focus op maximale impact. Toezicht houden op en beheren van het online netwerk van de groep, inclusief personeel, verzekeringsadviseurs en makelaars. Samenwerken met medewerkers en verzekeringsagenten om de door de groep verspreide content te versterken. Organiseren van opleidingen en workshops om de digitale communicatievaardigheden van het netwerk te verbeteren. Identificeren en samenwerken met influencers en partners om de reikwijdte van onze content te vergroten. Ontwikkelen en volgen van campagnes in samenwerking met de verantwoordelijke Digital Campaign & Analytics en de Brand Leads. Nauwe samenwerking met de content editors om consistente en creatieve content te waarborgen. Inspireren, delen en zorgen voor een efficiënt en effectief creatieproces. Voortdurend op de hoogte blijven van trends en best practices op het gebied van social media en community management. Uitgebreide kennis van sociale media platformen. Sterke ervaring in community management en social media campagnes. Sterk analytisch vermogen om gegevens te interpreteren en strategieën aan te passen. Creatief vermogen om boeiende content te creëren en het online netwerk te beheren. Bekwaam om in teamverband te werken en samen te werken met verschillende stakeholders. Vermogen om hen te overtuigen en enthousiast te maken. Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden (NL/FR). Ervaring met tools voor community management, planning, monitoring en analyse. Flexibiliteit om zich snel aan te passen en meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd te beheren.
