What truly matters to us is who you are. We'll teach you our methods and client service style, but as a Social Media & Client Manager, it's your natural flair for aesthetics, commercial sense, people skills, and problem-solving mindset that'll make you shine here.
- You're passionate about brands, marketing, and communication, with a special love for the food scene.
- You stay in the know with trends and bring an "always-curious" energy that keeps things fresh.
- You know the best spots to dine, drink, and explore in Brussels and its surroundings, and you're clued into the must-follow influencers shaping the local scene.
- With 2 to 5 years in a similar position in the creative, communication, or advertising world, you've got experience juggling multiple accounts.
- TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn—they're all your playground, and you know them like the back of your hand.
- You've got a "can-do" mentality and love finding solutions to every challenge.
- Tight deadlines? No problem. You keep your cool and get the job done.
- Native French speaker and fluent in English, you communicate and write clearly, with impact and precision in both languages.
- Details matter to you, and you make sure everything that leaves your hands is top quality.
- You're all about teamwork and love bringing out the best in yourself and those around you.
- With an adaptable, chameleon-like approach, you shift seamlessly between different clients and styles.
- Got skills in photography, editing, or design? That's a plus—we'd love to put them to use If not, no worries at all.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You develop and implement digital and content strategies that bring each client's brand to life on social media.
- You create high-quality content, capturing brand values and keeping audiences hooked.
- You craft dynamic reels that resonate because you know what's trending and what truly grabs attention.
- You plan, brief, and coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, community managers, and campaign planners, ensuring each project comes together seamlessly.
- You juggle multiple projects effortlessly, keeping everything on track and surpassing client expectations.
- You analyse and report performance metrics, presenting insights to clients and demonstrating the real impact of every campaign.
- You nurture client relationships, understanding their needs and always spotting fresh opportunities for growth.
- You communicate openly and effectively, keeping clients and team members aligned and in the loop at every step.
