Tom&Co recherche un marketeur temporaire en médias sociaux et gestion de communauté pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous êtes un amoureux des animaux et avez de l'expérience dans la gestion des réseaux sociaux ? Vous êtes fait pour cette mission Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion quotidienne de nos canaux sociaux, de la création de contenu opérationnel et de l'engagement actif de notre communauté en ligne.

Responsabilités :
  1. Gérer quotidiennement les canaux sociaux de Tom&Co (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  2. Créer et publier du contenu (photos, vidéos, publications) pour promouvoir nos produits, services et notre marque.
  3. Répondre aux commentaires, messages et interactions de nos abonnés, afin qu'ils se sentent entendus et appréciés.
  4. Surveiller les conversations en ligne autour de Tom&Co et du monde animal, et y répondre de manière proactive.
  5. Collaborer avec l'équipe marketing pour la publication de campagnes, promotions et actualités.
  6. Organiser des actions et événements en ligne, tels que des concours ou des sessions de questions-réponses, pour engager la communauté.
  7. Analyser les performances des activités sur les réseaux sociaux et ajuster les actions en fonction des résultats.
Qualifications :
  1. Expérience dans la gestion des médias sociaux et l'engagement communautaire, idéalement dans un rôle opérationnel.
  2. Créativité et autonomie dans la création de contenu visuel et textuel.
  3. Bonnes compétences en communication, à la fois écrites et visuelles.
  4. Bilingue Français – Néerlandais.
  5. Connaissance des outils de gestion des médias sociaux et analyse de base via des plateformes telles que Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, etc.
  6. Un véritable amour des animaux – avoir un animal de compagnie est un grand atout
  7. Autonomie, flexibilité et esprit pratique.
  8. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à s'adapter rapidement.
