About the team You’ll manage experienced Mobile Engineering Managers distributed across Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, and other European locations. Responsibilities Define and drive the mobile engineering vision and technical strategy. Lead the design and evolution of scalable, resilient, and secure cloud‑based systems. Champion engineering excellence, modern development practices, and continuous improvement. Coach and develop Engineering Managers and senior technical talent. Build high‑performing, autonomous Agile teams. Qualifications 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles. Proven success leading multiple Agile teams or an entire product domain in fintech or regulated industries. Track record of scaling and maintaining high‑traffic consumer or fintech mobile apps across iOS and Android. Strong understanding of mobile development and app store ecosystems. Hands‑on experience with payment systems and integrations in a regulated environment. Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2). Proficiency in German, Dutch, French, or other European languages is a plus. Strong leadership, coaching, and ability to build high‑performing autonomous Agile teams.
