Als Customer Care Advisor speelt u een cruciale rol in het leveren van uitstekende klantenservice en ondersteuning, waarbij u fungeert als de schakel tussen klanten en de interne teams. Jouw takenpakket als Customer Care Advisor: * Klantenservice: Behandelen van inkomende vragen van klanten via telefoon, e-mail en andere communicatiekanalen. Bieden van professionele en klantgerichte oplossingen. * Ondersteuning: Assisteren van klanten met productinformatie, technische vragen en after-sales service. Oplossen van problemen en klachten op een efficiënte en klantvriendelijke manier. * Coördinatie: Samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals verkoop, logistiek en technische ondersteuning om klantvragen en -problemen snel en effectief op te lossen. * Documentatie: Bijhouden van nauwkeurige klantdossiers en zorgen voor een correcte administratie van alle klantinteracties. Het ideale profiel als Customer Care Advisor: * Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare klantgerichte functie, bij voorkeur binnen de automotive sector. * Talen: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Goede kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt. * Vaardigheden: Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, probleemoplossend vermogen en klantgerichtheid. Stressbestendig en in staat om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken. * IT-vaardigheden: Goede beheersing van MS Office en ervaring met CRM-systemen.
