Een grootschalige logistieke speler in regio Zaventem zoekt een gedreven Facility & Maintenance Coördinator. In deze sleutelrol zorg je ervoor dat de gebouwen, installaties en infrastructuur optimaal functioneren en klaar zijn voor de toekomst. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Coördineren en opvolgen van het onderhoud van gebouwen, technische installaties en infrastructuur om een efficiënte werking te garanderen.
- Beheren van onderhoudscontracten en externe partners voor herstellingen, onderhoud en technische upgrades.
- Identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringen binnen facility management en onderhoudsprocessen.
- Plannen en begeleiden van projecten zoals renovaties, uitbreidingen en technische installaties.
- Instaan voor de naleving van veiligheids- en milieuregels, en actief bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving.
- Samenwerken met interne afdelingen om technische en operationele uitdagingen proactief aan te pakken.
Jouw profiel
- Technisch diploma (elektromechanica, facility management of bouwkunde) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Minstens enkele jaren ervaring in facility of technisch onderhoud binnen een industriële of logistieke omgeving.
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en hands-on mentaliteit.
- Kennis van HVAC, elektriciteit, sanitair en gebouwbeheer is een plus.
- Communicatief sterk en in staat om vlot samen te werken met verschillende stakeholders.

- Een brutoloon tussen de €4000 - €5000, gebaseerd op jouw niveau.
