Poultry Equipment Remote, Europe €150,000 to €175,000 Basic + Bonus + Extensive Benefits The Opportunity: Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven International Sales Manager to assume responsibility for: Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to grow market share and brand recognition across Europe Identify and closing new business opportunities with distributors, integrators, farms, and commercial clients Travelling regularly across Europe for client visits, training, exhibitions, and product demonstrations Providing expert product knowledge and technical support to customers and partners Negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Working closely with internal teams including engineering, service, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement The Candidate: Applicants will be expected to demonstrate: Proven international sales experience (ideally 10+ years) within poultry equipment or allied livestock technology / agricultural machinery Specific knowledge of the poultry sector would be beneficial (housing, ventilation, feeding, climate control, automation, egg collection) Strong commercial acumen and ability to close deals in competitive markets Excellent communication (in English and one or more additional European languages), presentation, and negotiation skills A willingness to travel extensively and frequently across Europe Self-motivation, proactivity and an ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team The Company: Established for over fifty years, our client is a leading manufacturer of capital equipment for the poultry industry with international repute for animal welfare, biosecurity and unparalleled after-sales service and support.
