As Key Account Manager – Fleet & Mobility Solutions, you will manage key business mobility customers in Belgium, operating at the forefront of the energy transition. In this fast-evolving market, you will drive commercial growth, foster innovation, and ensure customer success by helping businesses optimize their fleets, reduce emissions, and navigate complex mobility challenges. This role requires exceptional portfolio and relationship management skills, combined with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities with global partners. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their decarbonization journey while delivering measurable business impact. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for both nurturing existing accounts (FARMING) and pursuing new business opportunities (HUNTING). You will play a critical, high-impact role in mobility solutions, with significant growth potential and the opportunity to shape the future of sustainable mobility in Belgium. With access to a comprehensive B2B mobility portfolio, including EV charging, low-carbon fuels, digital payment solutions, telematics, and fleet management services, you will be empowered to innovate, influence, and make a tangible difference in how businesses operate sustainably. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Customer Portfolio Management: Manage, develop, and grow a selective portfolio of key B2B mobility accounts, achieving agreed margins and volumes through face-to-face and remote selling. Energy Transition Leadership: Guide customers through decarbonization initiatives using renewable and low-carbon mobility solutions. Deploy & Scale Customer Solutions: Act as the local expert for digital fleet solutions, telematics, mobility services, and other customer offerings. Pitch and implement solutions that address real business challenges. Drive Innovation & Partnerships: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and propose initiatives that accelerate growth. Collaboration & Influence: Serve as the central connector across sales, operations, marketing, finance, legal, and partner teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience. Hunt for Growth: Actively identify and convert new business opportunities, combining deep market knowledge with creativity and persistence. Role Model & Compliance: Lead by example in professional behavior and continuous learning, ensuring adherence to ethics, compliance, and safety standards. PROFILE Education Master's degree Languages Fluent in French, English, and Dutch Experience 5–8 years of proven B2B sales experience Experience within leasing or energy is a strong plus. Strong negotiation and deal-making track record with key customers Ability to build trust and manage relationships at all organizational levels Strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and drive for results Fast learner with the ability to analyze complex data sets Passion for sales, mobility, innovation, and solving customer challenges Willingness to travel across Belgium for customer visits Personality & Competencies A "let's do it" mentality with a positive, proactive attitude Passion for customers and improving their experience Curiosity and courage to challenge thinking and uncover real customer needs Strong commercial drive and long-term value focus Genuine interest in e-mobility, payments, and mobility innovation Innovative thinking to stay ahead of the competition Learner mindset with resilience and grit A true team player collaborating across the full value chain Who You Are You bring energy, curiosity, and courage.
