Your role & team Drive the market growth in the Benelux, steering long-term business relationships while adding value to existing strategic relations. Develop, coordinate and execute updates to our Go-To-Market strategy (GTM) and secure growth targets. Owning the full sales cycle, including responsibility for negotiations and finalizing contracts with key stakeholders. Deliver on winning formulas for tenders and complexer projects. Organizing events, meetings, groups and teams to drive ideas and agendas forward. Participate in client meetings, face-to-face meetings and international conferences. Handle B2B leads, upselling and potential advertising revenue. You will be joining an amazing team with colleagues looking to change the world one bike ride at a time. You will report directly to our Benelux Managing Director and work closely with our Account manager. The job will entail regular traveling to cities and team visits to our HQ in Copenhagen. You will be based in Belgium (Antwerp). What you’ll need to thrive Be structured, organized and value-driven. Be good at building relationships and trust. Love to interact with other people. Have experience with Business Development or Sales. (+/- 3y), ideally closing deals with public authorities and large partnering companies. Be great at collaborating with stakeholders, internally and externally. Be fluent in Dutch (native-level) and English as our business language. Possess an international understanding. Experience with working at a scale-up, or young and dynamic business(es).
