Ben jij iemand die een team kan leiden met een mix van menselijk inzicht en strakke operational discipline? Wij zoeken een Regional Operations Manager voor de Benelux voor een start-up in het Antwerpse. In deze rol sta je midden in alles wat met klanten te maken heeft, van pre-sales tot garantiebeheer, logistiek, kwaliteitszorg en nieuwe vraagmodellen zoals leasing of abonnementsvormen. Jij zorgt dat alles vloeiend loopt, dat je team topwerk levert en dat de klanten keer op keer een fantastische ervaring hebben. Je bent eigenaar van belangrijke schakels in onze operations keten voor de Benelux. Je ontwerpt, implementeert en verbetert processen om de klantbeleving te optimaliseren én operationele efficiëntie te verhogen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en gebruikt klantfeedback om continu de lat hoger te leggen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor partners zoals leasing- en betalingsproviders. Je werkt nauw samen met de operations teams in Mechelen en Amsterdam en andere interne stakeholders. Je fungeert als brug tussen product en operations bij nieuwe features en zorgt dat klantfeedback doorstroomt naar productontwikkeling en commerciële teams. Je pakt escalaties en herstelacties op: moeilijke momenten met klanten worden dankzij jou omgezet in vertrouwen en loyaliteit. Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in engineering, finance, business of iets gelijkaardigs. Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in Operations, B2C Customer Success of Support. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, goed Engels, Frans is een pluspunt. Je bent communicatief sterk en kan mensen motiveren. Je ziet problemen als uitdagingen, analyseert de oorzaak, en vertaalt data naar acties. Je hebt ervaring met het leiden van klantenteams over meerdere markten of merken. Klantgericht denken zit in je DNA: je wil continu de ervaring verbeteren. Je voelt je thuis in een snel veranderende start-upomgeving en vindt dynamiek juist energiek.
