Dans le cadre de son développement et afin de supporter sa croissance, SMT Africa recherche actuellement, pour son Siège à Bruxelles, un/une : Junior Data Quality Officer.
ResponsabilitésVous faites partie de l’équipe Après-Vente et participez activement au suivi des améliorations nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du système de gestion de facturation et des stocks pour les utilisateurs et le management.
Votre mission est d’assurer l’intégrité des données encodées dans ce système par les filiales du groupe et d’appliquer les corrections nécessaires. Vous êtes responsable du suivi, du contrôle et de l’amélioration de la qualité des données dans le système.
- Vous travaillez activement au contrôle et à l’amélioration de la qualité des données dans le système au quotidien ;
- Vous validez le format et le contenu des informations insérées dans le système avec l’équipe LDS Support Team (pièces, véhicules, prix, rapports) ;
- Vous recherchez les opportunités d’automatisation pour l’encodage ou l’extraction des données par les utilisateurs ;
- Vous analysez les informations manquantes pour créer des opportunités de développement et de projet ;
- Vous documentez les nouveaux process afin de les promouvoir dans le but d’une utilisation plus efficace et efficiente du système (Présentations, User Guides, Tips & Tricks,..) ;
- Vous répondez aux requêtes internes et externes en lien avec le système d’information de gestion.
- Vous êtes en possession d’un diplôme (Bachelier/Master) à orientation Informatique, Business ou équivalent par expérience ;
- Vous démontrez une expérience opérationnelle avec Excel ;
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le Français avec de solides connaissances en Anglais ;
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec le travail et la gestion de projet en autonomie et en équipe ;
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), fiable et proactif(ve) dans votre travail ;
- Vous avez le sens du service pour les clients internes et externes ;
- Vous êtes apte à communiquer à tous les niveaux dans l’organisation et dans un environnement multiculturel ;
- Vous avez la volonté d’apprendre, progresser et faire évoluer la fonction.
