As part of this innovative energy hub initiative, you will play a vital role in ensuring quality across all dimensions of the Island Package. We are seeking a dedicated Quality Officer Offshore Construction who is passionate about quality management in complex projects. If you possess a keen attention to detail and the ability to drive quality assurance processes effectively, this opportunity is designed for you. You report directly to the Interface & Quality Manager. You manage and follow up on all quality-related topics within the Island package. You serve as the point of contact for all quality assurance issues within the package scope, collaborating internally and with the EPC Contractor. You implement and monitor the Project Quality Management System and performance. You review and challenge quality documentation from the EPC Contractor and Subcontractors. You actively participate in internal and external audits. You support quality control activities during the delivery phase and follow up on non-conformities and quality risks. Requirements You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality management. You possess experience in major offshore, EPCI, or maritime projects . You have a background in civil works . You hold a relevant educational qualification, technical bachelor/master or equivalent experience. You have strong computer and data skills . You are an excellent communicator. You demonstrate a structured, proactive, and precise working style. You are a team player who can inspire others regarding quality. You are fluent in English ; proficiency in Dutch is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
